I have Amazonian Indian in my bloodline (maternal grandmother). This is how they tan (mix it with baby oil or an DPF OIL) and voila! Careful because it does stain fabric and outdoor furniture - use a towel you don’t mind ruining and be sure to wear dark solid color swimwear and cover up - stuff works!

Glad to have found a reasonable quantity of achiote (seeds) for a relatively reasonable price. I’ve never had issues finding the seeds here in the Houston area but this year only found achiote paste and powdered achiote in the 7 stores I visited. Resorted to Amazon since only the seeds would work in my Mom’s traditional Christmas meal.

This product is not organic even though it is advertised as such. Not cool to do that to customers.
