The J in SJTW means the cord has standard 300 voltage insulation, but in the description it says it has 600 voltage insulation? Which one is it?

YES the 2' extension insulation is rated at 600 Volts, the short extension is very thick. More IMPORTANT is the AMP rating which is 15 AMPs. If you are going to draw 15 AMPS pass 50' you may want to go to a 10/3 100' extension. The wire will draw what ever is connected to it go pass 15 AMPS and you will trip a breaker. The longer the extension the thicker the wire needs to be, otherwise it will draw what it needs but the cord will get hot. Hope this helps. You can go online and get the electrical rating for extension cords based on length and amperage.

Your question is broken and I cannot completely understand specifically what you are asking... But, to give you a way to answer your own question I can say this: If you add all the loads by adding up the watts, and taking that number and dividing it by the voltage (i.e. 120volts); this will give you the amp draw (roughly). Example: 1500 watt microwave plus 750 watt fridge = 2250watts divided by 120volts = 18.75amps. A 20amp circuit probably will handle that load even if both are running at the same time. The problems would arise during the startup of the fridge compressor which could be two or three times the running amps, if not only for a moment. If any of the loads run "continuously", which by NEC code standards means for periods of three hours or more; then you must multiply that load by 120%. Examples of continuous loads are lights, possibly resistive heating, etc... (refrigerators would not typically be a continuous load). After multiplying the continuous loads by 120%, the calculation is the same as above. 20amp breakers serving 20amp circuitry have a duty rating of 16 amps or (16amps × 120volts) 1920watts. This would represent what continious load it could handle safely. The same circuit could handle up to 2400watts intermittently. Google Ohms Law for a detailed explanation. Ohms Law only applies to AC circuits loosely, but will suffice for the calculations you need. FYI: Generally; 12awg conductors are rated for 20amps non-continious duty and 14awg conductors are rated for 15amps non-continious duty. For the continious duty capacity of these circuits simply multiply the amps by 80%. = 16amps/12amps respectively. Hope that helps, and remember to ALWAYS BE SAFE...
