I had tried pure psyllium husk powder but it wouldn't dissolve and tasted unpleasant. This product, on the other hand, dissolves well if you stir vigorously, and tastes really good. Has helped with my constipation. No toxic sweetners! The only thing I would change would be the yellow 6 dye. I would prefer a brown drink than drink this chemical, personally! However, it's still more natural than the sachets sold in the chemist's. Please keep making the "real sugar" version! It's great!
