Now this stuff is a discovery! Being an utter Foodie. I'm always on the look out for interesting sauces, ingredients, condiments, whatever, with which to make my little food-orientated world a better place, so imagine how chuffed I was when I found that this stuff actually lives up to the reviews posted by other people on here. This brown powder is very.....um....powdery....which means a sprinkle of this finely ground stuff goes a fair way. That's always good. On top of that it is quite truffle flavoured without being that strange stale dusty version of truffle that you sometimes encounter whilst still having a reasonable, but by no stretch insane, level of heat. The jar is 1.5 ins square and 4.5 ins high to the top of the lid so it's a sort of acceptable spice/herb jar size with a sprinkle device in the top under the lid. I've flung it on a few different things after having it for a month or two and it's improved everything I have tried it on so far. If you like truffle flavoured things I think you'll like this and if you don't, I think this may be the ideal place to start developing a taste for truffledom.

Great and potent seasoning for all dishes. Sprinkling over pasta and truffle cheese fries have been especially tasty.

Tastes quite good, add to dishes for an interesting flavour boost. Good quality bottle and easy to use and sprinkle. Seems to have a long best before date. Value for money could be better as quite expensive.

It has a particular flavor, different from other truffle powders I tried. But it’s nice and fairly spicy

If you're a fan of truffle and you want to spice up your meals a little I highly recommend this. I've added it to creamy mushroom pasta (after using the plain version) and it took it to a new level.

The taste is good but remind you it’s strong spicy

I use this on anything that calls for a rich & zesty flavor that enhances the garlic flavor too. Spaghetti, Pizza, salads, gravies, stews, soups, chowders, etc.! I absorbed love the flavor!!!

You definitely have to like the taste of truffles, but I found this seasoning to be highly addictive and goes great with a bunch of different things and it has a nice spicy kick
