Quality Storage Building
It was pricey but home delivery made it worth it. Assembly was not to hard to figure out. I recommend using the website and written instructions. And to read through each step and don't jump ahead. All the parts were included and we'll marked. An electric screw driver and rubber mallet were about the only tools required. It took two days to complete only because of the heat we were enduring at the time. I am thoroughly happy with it's appearance. I am currently laying concrete pavers to give it a complete look. It really dressed up an ugly corner of my back yard. I already had a concrete pad and I plan on anchoring it down as it is an option. Even though it's only 8x6 there is plenty of room to fit my mower, dethatcher and other tools. I included a 4 ft folding work table. I wish it had included 2 sets of shelves or an option to purchase more but it works. We have had several rain storms and everything is nice and dry. I am installing a solar motion light on the inside for after dark but the window and skylight piece provide plenty of daylight with just one door open. The seller was also great to work with. I had delivery problems but they were quick to respond to me and stayed in touch as they pressured the delivery service after a week delay. So I give their customer service an A+.

This is the second Keter 8 x 8 shed that we have. The first being 20 years old and still in good shape. The foundation is where most of the work and time was spent. Assembling the shed took me two six hour days and I did it by myself. Was kind of fun. Roof and sidewalls are a somewhat lite in comparison to the 20 years old shed, but adequate. That being said, they steel reinforced roofing area makes it very stable and strong. I would definitely buy again..

Arrived with TONS of DAMAGE. Need replacements parts? Wait 3 MONTHS!!!
First off, I bought this shed 3 weeks ago for $999. Amazon said it was the last one. I now see that there are 2 available selling for almost $1,500. Many of the other reviewers say they bought it for under $750 somewhat recently. Secondly, The package arrived early and in great condition. I was very pleased with the delivery company, scheduling and the drop off in my garage. There was only one hole in the side of the box where a pallet jack must've bumped into it. I was still very hopeful that there would be no damage to the shed since the box I received was in much better condition than many I have seen from other Amazon buyers. The VERY FIRST thing I see when taking the top of the box off is both black roof panels are heavily damaged. Whoever packed this box 100% knew they were boxing damaged goods and intentionally packaged them anyway. As I continued to pull parts out of the boxes I came across more and more damaged parts. One of these damages were definitely done by that hole in the side of the box. The rest, Well the rest seem to me to have been damaged by the manufacturer and packaged anyway. Lastly, After having taken inventory of all of the damaged parts I reached out to Keter in order to start the process of getting replacement parts. Our email correspondence was adequate. Although I was notified that in order to get replacement parts I would have to wait at least 3 MONTHS for the parts to arrive from Israel. My only other options were to get a replacement from Amazon, Which I am going to try, Or to get a refund. I would consider the refund since I have no faith in Keter as a manufacturer, But I have already leveled the land and built a platform in my backyard for a shed exactly 8'x6'. I cannot find another plastic shed in these dimensions anywhere on the internet. (My wife is 100% against a metal shed.) And custom wooden sheds are way over my current budget. I knew from reading the reviews of other buyers that there was a possibility of a few damaged pieces and that Keter customer service was lackluster, But I was still hopeful I'd luck out and receive a quality product. I was woefully mistaken. All of that aside, If this shed had arrived in mint condition it would still seem a little bit cheap for the $1,000 price tag. Under $750 fells like a more appropriate range for the thin flimsy plastic and plain black plastic roof panels that look like bare tar paper. UPDATE* Amazon has attempted to deliver a replacement shed. Upon arrival the delivery drivers only had 1 of the 2 boxes (half a shed). There is no tracking for a second box. After speaking with a rep from Amazon yesterday and today they are putting in a request for yet another replacement since the other half of this shed does not seem to exist. I was informed that the shipment date for this new replacement would be 6 MORE WEEKS out.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Keter Factor 8x6: Easy to assemble with click tabs, screws and large plastic thumb screws. Can be assembled by one person, however masking tape is required to secure the roofing material down when driving in the underside screws (step 40). This Factor shed is replacing my old 2010 Keter Bellevue that was crushed by a tree. This new Factor is a cost reduced design (what’s new) and not as visually appealing, smaller with reduced structural integrity. What you should know: 1) The shed pad must be level or the doors will not close and latch properly. The doors and latches are not adjustable to compensate for slight variances. 2) In the Arizona sun, if the dark brown doors face the sun, the outside door material will expand more than the inside material warping the doors. Keep the doors facing north if possible. 3) The four lower corners of the shed have small openings into the shed, so large bugs, mice or small snakes could find their way in. 4) The floor bottom has numerous openings for bugs to enter. 5) Only very light items can be leaned against the walls, otherwise they will bow out. 6) The rounded corners are very thin/soft material, light easily penetrates through. 7) The walls do not block sunlight, pros and cons. 8) The dark roof material is an issue in the Arizona sun. I painted it with white reflective paint. 9) The roof support system is not as robust as my old Bellevue shed which could be an issue under snow load. 10) The two shelves are useful and easy to install or move. My old 2010 Bellevue was a much better and more appealing shed, but that’s the progression of newer products. Overall, the Factor is a decent fast build shed to store items out of the elements. Follow the manual and make sure everything clicks, aligns and fits properly before moving on.

I have three of these full size sheds. Two I have had for 4 years and use for garden and general storage. I have just bought a third for office storage. They are ideal.
