3 years of daily use, no issues.
3 years of daily use and it works great. Replace the brushes and keep it clean. Combination of water jet and brushing does a great job keeping my gums and teeth clean healthy. Easy to use and consistent results. I add mouthwash to the water in the reservoir or hydrogen peroxide. Much better at getting under crowns and between teeth than floss or a toothbrush. Happy with the purchase.

Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser
TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power. Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time. ----------------------------------------- I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today. Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!!

Convenient All In One Brushing And Flossing
I picked up the Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 because I wanted to simplify my bathroom counter and it has done exactly that. Having a full electric toothbrush and water flosser in one unit makes my routine a lot easier. The brush itself feels similar to a good sonic toothbrush, with strong vibrations and different modes so I can pick what feels best. When I press the button to add the water flossing, I can feel it flushing around and between my teeth in a way that regular brushing never did. The water pressure is adjustable, which helps a lot if you have sensitive gums. I started on the lower settings and worked my way up as I got used to it. The reservoir holds enough water for a good cleaning and the handle is not too bulky even with the hose attached. It is a little louder than a basic electric toothbrush and there is a small learning curve to avoid splashing at first, but after a few uses it becomes second nature. If you like the idea of combining brushing and flossing in one step and want something more powerful than string floss, this combo unit is a very solid choice.

makes teeth feel clean
I love the idea of a two-in-one device that brushes and flosses my teeth. I really wanted to like this product and it works well, but I found it too messy to use and ended up returning it and getting something else. The electric toothbrush works great! A couple of decades ago I had an electric toothbrush but it must have been super cheap and it just didn't seem to work well... or maybe it was user error, so I've stuck with manual brushing. Using this device I don't know why I didn't try an electric one again sooner. My teeth certainly feel cleaner and for longer too. The waterflossing works really well and I really like the dial that changes the pressure levels. I dislike that it's corded. I was constantly spraying water everywhere adjusting the brush in my mouth as I was trying to floss. The cord gets in the way and it was really frustrating. Sadly, I ended up returning it and got separate devices. The newer waterflosser I got is wireless. The waterpik is better though. I just wish they had a wireless option.

Its great!! Call customer service if you have an issue
I bought the Sonic 2.0 as a replacement for my first Sonic in August 2024 when the the water flosser on my first machine stopped working. The brush worked fine-- but the flosser simply stopped functioning-- dead. No connection. I shrugged thinking this was a fluke and spent the $199 to replace it. Four months later the same exact thing happened again. The brush works fine. The water flosser is dead. No connection. No power. I emailed customer service and within 24 hours they responded with instructions on how to restart the flosser. The instructions were clear, the tone was sympathetic and supportive and it worked like a charm. They suggested I get a surge protector in the bathroom. So this may have been the issue. I wish all companies were as responsive and helpful and provided such great service. No complaints here. The product now works perfectly and I am very satisfied with the product. .

I had one of these and loved it. I even rave about the product to my friends and bought one for Christmas as a gift for one of my best friends. It ended up being a mistake with plenty of consequences. The unit didn’t work, and after several attempts of investigating it once she turned it over to me, I found that the base unit and the toothbrush don’t match IDs, so the highly touted wireless connection didn’t work and would never work since they are tied to the unit’s ID. This careless mistake on the manufacturer’s side meant I was forced to take back the present and return it. I had to then personally repack it and bring it to the post office and pay $66.60 to ship it back. Amazon is only going to reimburse me for half of that, and only weeks from now. Terrible service on both Amazon’s part (I’ve always been able to get returns picked up but they don’t offer it anymore) as well as Waterpik for screwing up in the first place!

Truely believe the product is a faulty given a large number of reviewers came back here with the same issue with wireless water flossing after a few months of use. I have contacted Amazon to contact seller for warranty services or compensation, if any. Will be back to update here upon their response. Update: 24/01/2023 got a auto-reply from the system that the seller of my unit is no longer Amazon, so I am not able to ask for further support. Will face a dispute under Australian consumer law.
