Dryer stopped spinning, did a google search and saw a bunch of info about the belt possibly causing this. Opened it up and the belt was snapped and one of the rollers was hard to turn. Found this for $17.99 vs $44.86 for what looks like identical parts on Whirlpool's site. Got it the next day with free Prime shipping. Installation took about 40 minutes total. The plastic retaining clips can be a bit tricky, try using two small flat head screwdrivers to work more than one side on/off at a time. Overall not bad at all to install. Helps to have someone hold the drum up while you snake the belt over the tensioner and motor pulleys.Worked great when we turned the dryer on, runs smooth and quiet. Only done three loads of laundry so far so I can't speak to the longevity of these but so far I'm very happy. Saved me a ton of money over having someone repair it or buying a new one!

The idler pulley is an older version and not compatible with Whirlpool Dryer Model WED9150WW1. This was also the case for the original equipment manufacturer who lists the exact same part. Furthermore, it only includes 2 wheels and should include all 4 to prevent issues with the drum. There are better or other kits available that would be better suited as a repair kit.Update on quality issue. After one day of operation, one of the two rollers essentially shredded into pieces. The view of rollers is the original pair (top) after >10 years of use. the (new) less than 3 days use. I purchased another set of 4 rollers and will also update on their performance/quality with the hopes they last.Thank you.

My dryer belt had been slipping a lot lately, and it finally broke.I bought this "kit" instead of just buying only the belt because I have noticed some noise from the drum when running the dryer.Easy swap, and the new belt is really tight, and the new wheels have made it run much quieter.

If you’ve come this far you obviously know how to replace the parts. Product fitment is spot on however the tensioner lasted about a year before it started shredding belts.

Bought dryer in 1988 and bearings went out last year. Belt goes every 10 years or so.Paid $650 for the washer / dryer pair way back when. This was way cheaper than buying a new unit which seems to only last 5 years these days. - if your lucky

Purchased this kit to fix my noisy screeching dryer. Everything went in good. Started it back up. Still made some noise but not as bad. After around 2 weeks the screaming screech is back and louder. Order a different one

I opened my dryer because it was being weird and all I had was the original belt bonnet and the pictures showed this was a match the next evening it arrived and was an exact match! Works well and my dryer is as good as new!

The rollers are very poor quality. They installed okay but were very noisy from the start. Then, after only 4 months, they literally disintegrated while the dryer was running. The only reason this product is getting one say is because the belt and tension pulley also included and sti functioning as expected. Buyer beware, do not waste your money!!!
