We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coffee considering the beans were cheaper than more well known brands. The resulting cup is strong, and full of flavour. There is no chemical taste and friends who don't drink decaf, haven't ever realised that they're drinking a decaf coffee. I called SF Bay and got a message no one was available to answer my call. In this day & age of consumer demand regarding food ingredients and such this is kind of unacceptable.
