Q: On your their website and it says they are made out of glass but here it says plastic. Which is it?

They are glass . Thete are some sellers who actually sell a plastic bead, but these are glass and no hole . Worked really well for my project.

Q: Another question (thanks for your previous answer)....do you think these micro beads are similar/same as the beads used for weighted blankets?

No, these are very very tiny plastic beads. 1/2 millimeter is just bigger than a grain of sand.

Q: Can these beads be used in fabric that is washed and dried?

Probably wouldn't stay attached in the washer/dryer (maybe hand wash?) but with the right glue they should stick to fabric.

Q: Would this give the appearance of Sugared Fruit if I applied to artificial fruit?

I would think so, as long as you covered the artificial fruit evenly with the beads. They are very shiny but they do have the round texture so it would probably look good at more of a distance than up close.
