The media could not be loaded. There’s great color selection, fairly easy to operate. I personally think (as a beginner myself) that this is great for beginners, very lightweight and fun to use! The fibers started spreading apart more and more within use but I don’t mind— it adds to the illusion effect! Overall this product is great for beginners!(UPDATE!!!!) I’ve had this thing for about 3 years now and it still is in GREAT condition. Only about 5 fiber hairs total fell out over time, otherwise it still works like the day I got it!

As a newer flow artist, I have been shopping for a starter pixel whip for some time and finally landed on this one. I liked that it is rechargeable. I charged it before the full long weekend at a Burning Man regional and it made it through the entire event on one charge. The colors are vibrant. I'm having a lot of fun with this one!

When it arrived I was so excited but the day after letting it charge it broke on the first dance. Will not buy again

The media could not be loaded. This product is decent, but definitely not worth the price, I paid $26.89. However I would say it's only worth about $12.99.The whip is supposed to be 6 ft long but the one I received is actually 6 ft 10 in long with the handle. With that being said though the actual fiber optic cables are about 6ft 3in long with only a few of them reaching that length. Most of them are much shorter than 6 ft since the fiber optic cables are multiple lengths. I would not recommend this for children because it does hurt when it hits the user or someone else. Probably not the best idea for parties unless there is plenty of room.The whip itself is very tightly wound since it's packaged in a small box. Mine has not loosened up at all and stays in a tight curl. Not sure why they sell for so much, they are very cheaply made.Also the rechargeable battery does not appear to be replaceable. These type of rechargeable batteries are very bad on the environment. Since the battery is not replaceable more product ends up in a landfilled. If the battery was replaceable or you could use rechargeable AAA or AA batteries that would make an unbelievable difference. Definitely would make the product worth a little more.One last thing the charging cable is very short, and the whip flashes red when charging and flashes green when charge is complete.Kind of considering returning mine because it's not exactly as described. And felt like I paid way too much.

This is very easy to use. Very fun an nice color patterns. I love this thing I use it everyday.
