Fit my Lexus perfectly
Exact fit for my Lexus, I changed it out myself. This is the in-tank fuel filter. Recommend both product and seller!

Fit and worked!
The NAPA filter didn’t fit so I bought this, and it works perfect! Don’t mess with any other brand, just get this one and be done!

Car feels smoother now
Installed in 2004 Toyota Corolla 1ZZ-FE model CE.This is the only fuel filter this car has and it is inside the gas tank, don't confuse this with the strainer from the fuel pump.As you can see my car is almost 20 years old and lately, I noticed the car with sluggish acceleration andcold startup.I changed other parts thinking they were the problem and wasted money so I remember this car has an in-tank fuel filter that never got changed and took the risk.Installing this fuel filter was too easy and all the old parts you need to reuse clipped into place perfectly. Now the car performs smoothly so sluggish acceleration and cold startup disappeared.

Fuel filter
I have watched videos online for replacement of fuel pumps and i often see people replacing the pump but not the filter. People there is a filter element inside this plastic piece! The pump slips into this and it should be replaced anytime you yank it to service something attached to it?. Not difficult to remove the pump..sending unit..fuel regulator off it to install it on the new filter housing either. I installed this on a 04 matrix.

Bottom clip wasnt snug to this filter but works great. Box was smashed
Installing this was a bit of a pain, pull the seat ups easy, prying the port open is easy. But once you pull the pump its pure joy. oh and the box was smashed and opened upon arrival probably not there fault probably amazon. The ring clip on the strainer bag I had to use an AWL to stretch out to get it off. Then needle nose and a flat head screw driiver to pinch it back into its slots. The only reason I give four stars is the positive clips on the old filter were bigger and when it was on there it was tight.Thiis new filter the positive bottom clips were slightly smaller so it snapped in right but since the clips didnt fill the snap holes they had some play even with the black gasket properly fitted under it. No big deal cause it will work. I just dont like it which is why it gets four stars.Comes with the black cap and O-ring but did not come with a U snap hook for the fuel line (easy to break un installing i didnt but i could see it happening)Anyway I put on the strainer bag and pinch the ring down. check it after you pinch it cause if its not in there right it will just fall right off. I had to re do it a few times. Then put my battery cable back on, RTV'd the living crap out of the fuel pump access port for fumes. Cut open the tube and scooped it out and painted it on.Took quite a few turns to get fuel back to the rail but she started just fine. Cant wait to see how she drives! Wont be right until my o2 sensor is in but seems to work great!

OEM-quality part. Perfect fit. ...Increased MPG!!
If I had known how easy it would be to replace this filter, I'd have done it years ago. My car (2005 Scion xB) has 310,000 miles on it. I replaced the fuel tank last week due to rust, which was kind of a pain, but when i got it back up I still had fuss with the connections; anyways, there's an access panel under the back seat to get to the fuel pump... It's held in with some soft glue. So i pried that up, and the fuel pump was right there. Had I known this I probably would have changed this little filter at 100k, 200k and 300k instead of when I had the fuel tank out.So for everyone complaining about manufacturers putting fuel filters in the tank to reduce serviceability, STFU. This literally could be changed just as fast as one of those annoying in-line fuel filters. Anyways, here's to another 300,000 miles on my stock fuel pump.

Quality control got away with this one.
The plastic welds were horrible, didn’t line up to the bottom cap/FPR side

Perfect Fitment 03 Matrix XRS
The filter fits the exact same as the original part I took off. There is no need to buy the expensive whole assembly when you can just buy this, a new pump and strainer and a fuel pressure regulator. Been driving the car with this all done for a month now with no issues.
