Absolutely love this product. Have used many hair dyes but this was so easy with the comb nozzle, and hadn't realized that I didn't put the gloves on..it was so easy to just go through the hair. Really pleased with the colour as it covered my white\grey hair and the shampoo and conditioner has left my hair with a great shine. I will definately order this again.

I transitioned from dark golden blonde to a light ash blonde using bleach and this colour. It left no warmth whatsoever - in fact, the colour toner (step 3) should be used with caution as after the advised time, my hair was grey and required an hour soaking in head and shoulders to remove some of the pigment! However please be advised my hair has undergone a number of bleachings over the years so was likely to be susceptible to grabbing toners quickly.

DO NOT BUY. Bought to do my roots. I have light ash blonde hair. Due was darkkkk and redddd then the mask toner with the dye was blue which then made my hair a dusty grey green colour. Absolutely horrific. Do not buy if you want blonde hair 💀💀💀hair ruined

I absolutely love the L'Oreal Paris Preference Hair Dye in 8.1 Copenhagen! This dye gives my hair a stunning, luminous color that lasts for weeks. It did not cover my greys completely, but left my hair looking vibrant and youthful. The cool blonde shade looks so natural and sophisticated—exactly what I was hoping for. The application process is a breeze with the smooth, non-drip formula. If you add 0.22 igora to this color, it will make your hair more ashey and cool blondes! *Since I had dark brown hair, and copperish reflections* 0.22 with this color helped my blondeless. My hair feels incredibly soft and well-conditioned after using the included care treatment. The color is rich and multidimensional, making my hair shine beautifully. I highly recommend this dye for anyone wanting salon-quality results at home.

The dye is ok. My hair usually is grey for about 3 washes and then it settles to a nice ash colour. However, the first time i used the dye i used the anti brass mask snd ended up with blue streaks in my hair - for two weeks i looked like i had had a bad blue rinse. DO NOT use the mask. The photo doesnt even show how bad it was.
