Pitney Bowes 793-5 Ink Catridge for DM100i, DM125i, DM150i, DM175i, DM200L, DM225 Models

Seller 1st line lists PB machines this cartridge for. But you need to read further because further down it does NOT mention all the same machines. This is NOT compatible with DM100 PB machines. Lost my money because of this. When I bought it, DM100 was said to be compatible. Had to buy new cartridge from diff seller! Next one worked first try! Used Amazon AtoZ but couldn't get $$ back. Seller told me more than once that this was correct cartridge. Wasted time & then too late for returning. I asked for return, but he just kept giving me more "advice" to get it to work. Bad experience w/this seller.

Don’t waste your time with this product. The first time I bought one, it worked pretty good, not as long as the Pitney Bowes product, but good enough. The 2nd purchase, reminded me, you get what you pay for. It worked every 4th try, was not readable, and smudged. I will not buy the generic product again.

This didn't last a full month! Everyone ink cartridge we've ordered directly from Pitney Bowes lasts us 8-9 months at a minimum. This one ran out quickly and we weren't even in our busy season of the work year. Don't buy!
