ロスから直輸入ということで時間はかかるとは思っていましたが楽しみに待っておりました届いてびっくりファスナー付きビニール袋の中に商品が入れられてるだけでなんの梱包もしておらず漏れないようにキャップをテープで巻くなどの工夫も全くしておらず小さい箱で横向きに入れられておりビニールの中で液体がこぼれベチャベチャでした量も減っているだろうし何よりも体に使うものなのにこんなにいい加減な梱包で安全性は大丈夫なのか不安です返品できるか只今問い合わせ中ですがこのような梱包では漏れることがわかると思うのですがもっと丁寧に梱包してほしい

I love this product but wish they had sealed it a little better as some of it had leaked out from the bottle, probably missing an inch of the product. They just need to check that or put something over the cap so it doesn't leak. Probably once in a 100 but still, I like to get what I pay for.

By far, the best shower gel in the world !!!!Best composition ! The lavender odor is amazing ! I love that product for 20 years now and I never found a better one !Thank you so much, Avalon Organics, for existing !!!!
