An easy read that explains the social system practiced by Nile Valley Africans shows some of the commonality with the rest of continental spiritual African systems.

This is an excellent book for those starting on their Ma'at journey, this book along with The Teachings of Ptahhotep are part of my daily reading. They help focus your energy in the direction that is right for you (everyone's energy is different) so that you are able to build a solid foundation for your Ma'at centered life.
