Good iron top-up; very sticky
I've been dealing with iron deficiency problems for years and have always struggled with prescribed or over-the-counter solutions causing me tummy problems. I bought these as I don't tolerate tablet forms and these offer a modest boost of 5mg while being affordable. I take one after dinner alongside a 2.5mg iron gummy from a different brand + my evening dose of magnesium. So far, I've had no tummy aches or nausea issues so I'm pleased with that! My only issue is that the bottles I got are very sticky?? I'm not sure if that's usual, but it means I can't dose them out the way I prefer because I don't want the stickiness getting on my things. It's also not the most delicious tasting gummy supplement in the world but iron can be hard to mask the taste of so I just try to chew and swallow quickly! I'm not sure if I'll be rebuying once finished but they do the job for now

Tastes vile
I ordered thinking it would be a great way to up my iron and Vit C but I physically cannot stand them. I've tried to force them down but the taste is now making me physically heave! Taste is subjective hence the rating as they can't cater for everyone's taste but definitely doesn't taste anything like cherry to me.In addition, they are very sticky and the few attempts I've tried to have them, they are a nightmare to get to as seem to clump at the base of the container.Realistically, I'm going to throw them away as I genuinely cannot force them down and they're a bit bulky to just swallow 😂 I wouldn't purchase again. I'll probably just go for plain tablets next time

Not great
I switched to these as my other brand was OOS. Absolutely useless. Taste nice not so metallic but that’s likely coz hardly any iron in them.

Delicious!
These are a very pleasant way to increase your daily iron intake. The only slight drawback is that the gummies stick together in one big clump in the bottle as they're not coated in anything, but it's good that they're not coated in sugar, I suppose!
