Great natural product and love supporting the small farms of Hawaii. Works great the only natural valerian root extract that helps me sleep. When I miss a dose I don’t sleep well.

Anyone who has taken Valarian Root caps knows the smell can be awful! This extract is amazing because it has kind of a tropical flavor, which is quite pleasant! It clams my nerves ands gets me ready for a good nights sleep! Would def recommend this product to others looking for a non pharma relaxing aid!

The only way to get this down is to put it in hot tea. I prefer Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice (available from Amazon), because it is strong enough to cover the flavor of the Valerian.

Has a much better smell than the other more expensive brand from Oregon. Same effectiveness, better price.

I purchase this herb because I need it a sleep aid at night, and noticed this one was organic and no additives , but the true is that the fifth time I'm using this and honestly I don't see no difference in my sleep pattern as a matter fact I believe is taking me longer now to fall to sleep this is not working for me !!! I feel like I completely wasted my money with this purchase !! won't buy again!
