Tasty Saag.
Tastes great. I love the simple ingredients. This is one of the rare premade Indian foods that doesn't contain dairy or tomatoes, which I appreciate. The only improvement I could think of would be to use organic ingredients.

This is pure evil ;)
TLDR: Its so good that its almost addictive. Stay away or get addicted for life. So I am a sucker for Saag. Its my favorite food in the universe (yes for me, it even beats medium cooked steak). Unfortunately in Seattle I have had a lot of trouble finding it. Its available very rarely in some seasons. I stumbled upon these on amazon and ordered 12 cans that arrived in two days. Here is how I made it 1.) Heated oil 2.) Fried pieces of garlic, ginger and chopped green pepper. 3.) Added red chilli pepper 4.) Added one can and let it cook for 5 minutes. And the result is nothing short of phenomenal. The taste was so amazing that I had tears of joy. I cannot stop thinking about it and cannot stop eating. I am hooked! All I need to do is to figure out how to order enough to last me for a lifetime.

Good in a pinch
Saag is one of my all time favorite dishes. Every time I go to an Indian restaurant I order Saag Paneer. It is my all time comfort food. I have had it on all levels of spiciness. I would not say this is spicy at all. It is not spicy in flavor or in hotness. It does have that canned spinach/ canned greens flavor, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I added some of my own spices to counteract the canned green flavor. I did give it 4 stars because I love how convenient it is. I have made saag from scratch and it takes more time than I have for as much as I want to eat it. It also gets expensive ordering out all time. It is worth the money, and with a little extra of my own spices it satiates my craving. Add some spices, paneer and toast some naan, good to go :)

Love this stuff
I ordered a case of 12 cans so I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I gave cans to my vegan friends and they're hooked, as am I. I add a dash of half-and-half to make it creamy, but one could add paneer or other cheese, some ghee, chickpeas, potatoes, or whatever. It's rare to find canned food this delicious--I like this saag much better than the kind in the pouches.

Amazon is diabolically Perfect
Look. Everything Amazon does is perfect. I hate Amazon because I fancy myself a commie. But I’m not, of course; and Amazon makes life so damned easy! I hate myself for loving AMAZON!!! lol

A weekly favorite!
One of my wife and I’s favorite meals, we eat it once a week. To make it, we add one can to a pan, along with two chopped onions, garlic powder, hot sauce, 3-4 tablespoons of butter, 3-4 boneless chicken thighs, and half the can of water, simmer it over low heat for about an hour, chopping up the thigh meat halfway through, and serve over rice. Tastes as good as takeout Indian at half the price!

Good but better when accompanied
I LOVE Indian food, I practically grew up on it, having said that I like to think I have a developed pallet in regards to Indian food. Delhi Saag, Like most of the JOYTI products are good and can be eaten alone, however this one is more suited to be a side eaten in conjunction with other foods and not a stand alone dish. The lime “flavor” of the Delhi Saag is strong but not unpleasantly so and doesn’t overpower the spinach. The “thickness” is exactly what I expected for this dish. As far as the “warmth”, as I said it would be better when accompanied by another dish.
