Don't waste your time
The straightener arrived in an open box with scratches on it, definitely didn't look new. The plates didn't heat up properly and therefore my hair was barely straightened. The product feels heavy and like cheap material has been used. Very disappointing.

very good iron i would say, however be careful it can easily pull out the hair if not careful specially for thin hair like mine.
