Great quality sigs for the price. They are signal sided and will need to be affixed to brackets via tape but otherwise good weather resistant material.

No legs for this so called "kit" not pleased...how will I put these signs up. That's not a lot to me

These signs are bright, and have somewhat of a glossy finish with the exception of a matte area for writing down address details for the sign. The couple of caveats I have that hurt my rating for these signs: they are single-sided and don't come with any kind of lawn Stakes or amount of any kind. They'd work great against a pole or something along those lines, but for sticking these in the grass I had to cut up some wire hangers and make my own stands. Also there are arrows that you're supposed to fill in with permanent marker. I used a Sharpie fat marker to fill these in and ended up with permanent marker ink on my person. The arrow sections are not the same matte finish as the white square for you to write in, they are glossy finish. Therefore they don't absorb the marker as well and it's likely to come off until it dries. In, all these signs are probably a good value for the money, but I probably would have preferred a corrugated plastic sign with metal stake stand.
