Arrived as expected, meaning boxed for safety of device. Installation out of the box is as advertised. Further setup was easy through interface although I prefer command line which remains an option on this device. The value of the device is intrinsic through ease of setup, use, placement, and available configuration ability.

Thought something was up when the box had been resealed. Opened it to see a torn bag and the parts in a kitchen bag. Not advertised as used or refurbished.

Have been using Cisco Small business switches for my home network for many years and started with the Sg2xx/3xx series. You can configure via a Gui or command line. The CLI is not the one used on the enterprise line of the switches and I hear so many complain about that. There are no fees or such to get firmware. Affordable managed switch. I rest of my switches are the CBS250 series, but I needed more than four LAGGS this time. Has PoE and no fans, so it is quiet. Full local setup and control. None of the BS of config and control in the cloud.
