These WORK. I've been using them now for about 3 days because im trying to ween myself from coffee. Whenever that mid afternoon sleepy spell hits me, I chew 2 of these, just like it says, and within about 10-20minutes, I start feeling mentally more alert. Good buy.

Despite being a cherry flavor, I actually like the taste. It's not mediciney or overpowering. Helps me with mental energy and focus without weird side effects that gingko gave me.

This is NOT by Nature Made!!! This is a counterfeit supplement with a fake picture! The bottle LOOKS similar, but the logo is wrong and not the actual brand’s. What I got was not the picture but a fake. It was also shipped by an individual in New York with a home address, which was my first sign!

This is the only B supplement I’ve ever noticed a difference with. I’m not bouncing off the walls, but at 53, I need a little “more.” This provides it. I like it so much that I put a bottle in my school-teacher daughter’s birthday box.
