When a fish is first removed from the water it does not smell like fish. Only after it begins decaying does it smell. Same with fish oil. If yours smells like fish or taste like fish it is turning rancid and is worse than no fish oil at all. These have something called lemonlock that is supposed to prevent fish taste. Lemon has been used as a natural preservative for centuries, still is. I hope it preserves the capsule and not just cover the odor and taste.
