Easier install than I thought
I was a bit afraid that it would be hard to install but it was relatively easy...I didn't run in to any issues and the laptop started up and logged into network with out any issues at all.

Restored Bluetooth and WIFI speeded up!
The Bluetooth on my Inspiron 7368 stopped working and was no longer even recognized as existing by the system. This chip swapped out relatively easily, the antenna took a minute to refasten but no big deal; the fasteners are just a bit tiny. I looked at an online video before ordering and was satisfied it was all low risk. Overall, about 10 minutes and my Bluetooth was back and the WIFI is noticeably faster. As someone else pointed out, the WIFI password needs to be reentered.

It works
I was able to fix my wifi connection for my Dell laptop by using this item. However, it was very difficult to attach to the antenna wires. I don't know why the wifi card in my Dell laptop keeps breaking but i am glad I was able to fix it by myself and I am an over 65 yr old woman who has never fixed a computer.

Working great! No drivers need on Windows 10
Had an issue with Dell wifi card, also Intel, and replaced it with this based on support forum recommendation. Old card would not start properly but was seen in device manager. Opened my laptop, swapped it with this card and works great. You will need to re-setup your wifi passwords.
