While I am not a fan of pistachio, the people at my work are, and they loved it.The texture and flavor were many times better than the Frostline mix, not that it is bad. It has a much more pancake batter consitancy when mixed and super creamy when frozen in our machine. I also left it in the fridge overngiht before using it. It's an ok vanilla
Definitely not the best vanilla I've had, but it serves the purpose if you want ice cream that's serviceable, but not anything to write home about. It did have some issues with mixing that required me to really get out a blender and mix it up, it didn't take to water as quickly as others I've used.

This product said chocolate, but everyone said it tasted like coffee.
This soft serve mix was labeled as Chocolate flavor. Everyone who tried it said it tasted like coffee.On top of this problem, despite being prepared in Electro Freeze commercial machines, the texture was odd and displeasing. We will not be ordering this as an option ever again.

Did not work in my commercial soft serve machine
Not sure why but the chocolate would not come out of the machine like it was too thick or something. We bought a different brand and it worked just fine. Not sure what the issue was. We mixed it according to the instructions. We triple checked that we mixed correctly. My GM and myself.
