Very stiff and difficult to coil/uncoil but I guess it is the heavy duty aspect. Have leaks at both ends, not the fittings or couplers but from under the rubber boot. Leak does not appear to affect pressure but does make for a messy pump area and me.

Good power washing hose.
I have purchased many of these for industrial use. They have lasted longer than more expensive ones I’ve bought from industrial suppliers. Gets a little stiff after a lot of use but good value for the price.

Excellent hose
This product is excellent. Well made with couplers already installled. So many other hoses you have to buy the couplers. The hose is flexible and well designed. I would definitely buy this product again

The hose itself is acceptable however the molded reinforcing ends ...
The hose itself is acceptable however the molded reinforcing ends are not bonded properly to the hose. They slide down over the quick coupler preventing you from connecting or disconnecting the hose from the pump.

Line Blew Out
The line blew right beneath the handle. Cant use the hose now. Probably hadn't been used for 50 hours.All in all decent product but VERY stiff and hard to work with. Probably wouldn't buy again.
