I installed Canary at my detailing studio for peace of mind because my clients leave there vehicles several days for servicing. I also keep an eye on my employees when I'm not around.If anything moves, I get a notification. Canary is always watching.

I purchased a Canary Pro to use while camping in my RV/travel trailer, to protect its contents, as well as to keep an eye on our dog. I intended to have it connect to the internet via my Netgear Nighthawk LTE/4G mobile hot spot. Despite repeated attempts to connect it to the Nighthawk, it failed to. I went to Canary's website and under support I found an article, "Does Canary work with mobile hotspots?" which indicated it did not. I contacted Canary's support team who confirmed this. I had just paid $99 for a year of Canary's premium service, so I asked them if I could receive a prorated refund. Adding insult to injury, they said no, they don't do this. This is primarily why I gave the product a three star review - lousy customer service in my opinion. I arranged a return of the Canary Pro to Amazon without issue.

when the camera stopped working they worked to help me back online

Camera is slow detecting motion, then cuts off after a few seconds of video. Needs to be continuous video until motion stops.

Like no monthly fee dislike yearly fee to keep 30 day videos. A good product for price. Could be updated.
