Buen producto pero...los botones no son buenos calidades

Seguramente en el manejo, algún golpe, hizo los dos remates plásticos sujetadores de una de las laminillas que dan sonido llegaran rotos. Parece buen timbre pero quedó incompleto.

Our previous doorbell stopped working, so we ordered this. It was easy to install and worked with no issues. Nice size and the color fits into our decor.

Good quality, decent volume. I would like it a little louder, but it will do. This is being used in conjunction with two smart doorbells and it is performing well. It's not overkill as we don't always have our phones on us at home. My only negative remark is a constant humming 24/7 coming from the unit. It isn't audible until you pass the unit on the stairs or walking through the hallway.
