How do I get the smell and taste out of these sheets and stainless steel dehydrator after making a batch of curry chicken jerky. Any suggestions?

Make a paste ofBalking soda and water. Spread all over the sheet and let set for an hour or so. Rinse off and repeat in again if needed. If that doesn't work place in the sink with water and bleach solution. This works for me every time. Best of luck.
