Works as advertised
I have an older home, with a detached garage that's coming up on 100 years old. At the time the detached garage was built, they didn't really think about the structure being water tight. It's essentially wood siding nailed to the frame. This was probably fine for the first nearly 100 years, but now the siding is starting to come off and there are big gaps, and water leaks into the garage every time it rains. So, one of my projects is to take the siding off and weatherize the structure. The Block-It Seam Tape is invaluable to this process. So easy to put the house wrap on, and tape it up with the seam tape. The tape sticks well and stays stuck. My hope is that the garage will now be water tight, though we haven't had rain yet to test.
