No fluoride. Lots of natural oils and essential other. I've used this for years and I'm never disappointed. The dentist tells me, he's almost embarrassed to charge me for teeth cleaning because I barely have any plaque. I get the cinnamon. The first couple of weeks, until your mouth adjusts, the flavor can be intense. Just saying. It does subside. A little pot is good on average 3 months. A little on the toothbrush goes a long way.

I don't like toothpaste. It's slimy, foamy and makes me gag. After reading the reviews of this product I decided to try it. After a week or so of getting used to the salty, weird taste, I am really impressed with how well this works! I run my tongue on my teeth and they feel so clean! And I no longer get morning breath so bad I can taste it. This is a really good product! Just takes time to get used to the taste so I chew gum after brushing

I got this about 2 weeks ago. I had one tooth that was giving me a problem real bad. Now it does not hurt at all & the gum is back to normal. Thank you so much. I will be using this from now on.

I had the unflavored one and I thought I'd give cinnamon a taste... not displeased at all. It's not that spicy cinnamon but you can taste it lightly and feel the freshness from it!
