Underwhelming compared to how it is shown
The item I received was a closed yellow rose which is not what the description or the pictures show. It looks much better in the picture and the size is a bit underwhelming. It is however packaged nicely and would still be a presentable gift.Also, the "best wishes" on the box and card are unnecessary and take away from them if anything. I would suggest leaving them blank or offering customization option.

It was carefully packaged and absolutely gorgeous. I bought this as a gift for my mother and she feel in love with it. Beautiful presentation and huge surprise after opening it. The flower was beautifully preserved and looked very fresh.
