Superior to Depend Guards for Men
Before trying Prevail I used Depend Guards for Men. Prevail Pant Liners is a superior product, which was immediately evident when it was necessary for me to use Depend Guards again after using Prevail Pant Liners for several months. For those interested in this type of protection, I highly recommend Prevail Pant Liners.

It works
An effective incontinence solution for low to medium volumes of urine. Each pad is compact and comes with an effective adhesive strip that is non-messy and works well on cotton and on mesh underpants as well. It is more comfortable for men's use, on account of the shape and size, but users of both sexes with whom I have spoken directly say that it works for them. I would estimate a usage of two pads per working day as SOS and for unexpected releases -- so long as a bathroom is also accessible to the user. I have been using this product for an incontinent relative for a few years now, and have no complaint.

Not worth it!
The size mentioned is small but in reality, the pads are XXL! They don't have wings and so they're impossible to use because of the humungous size! Had to throw out the whole pack. What a waste of money!
