If you’re using the cushion, you need at least one extra cover as there will be leaks, spit-up and drool to contend with.I really like this pattern and color.

Misleading product
The images are indicative of the product being a pillow, particularly at the price range it is being sold, you would think it comes with the pillow. But it's just a cover !
