Q: I read a review that said they can do high pulls on the kbox 4 how is that performed?

Thanks for your questions, I have attached a video along with this answer. Like any exercise on the kBox, you want to start by putting on a flywheel(s) on the kBox and then set the correct length of the drivebelt for your chosen exercise. When you set the length you want to set it for the end position, so for a high pull the belt should be long enough so you can go to about shoulder height. After setting the length, spin the wheel to get started and then pull in a controlled fashion to accelerate the flywheel(s) until you reach the top position that you previously set. At that point the kBox will reverse the movement and start pulling you down. Resist (decelerate) the flywheel and when you reach your starting position then do it all over again. The kBox4 Active can hold a maximum of 2 flywheels; kBox4 Lite can hold up 4 flywheels. Flywheels determine the amount of inertia that you work against. 2. The kBox4 Active does not have a built-in kMeter like the kBox4 Lite unit. The kMeter measures and records your force output and more throughout your workout. The kBox4 Active is the only unit we sell on Amazon, and designed for home users. The kBox4 Lite unit is designed with advanced features and is not available on Amazon.

Q: How can I know the right size for me if I am 6 ft or 181 cm ?

Our Hip Belts are adjustable and you can pick the best size for you based on your hip circumference. The Medium-Large size has an inner circumference range from 32 to 51 inches, whereas the Small-Medium size has an inner circumference range from 23 to 43 inches.
