I have been using this for multiple years now… they all have the same smell, consistency etc This one is completely different, either factory error, watered down or counterfeit.

On a recommendation I bought this and am very pleased. My hair was falling out. I know I lose less hair and my hair is shinier than ever. Can't say my hair is growing in, but it certainly is not any thinner. Perhaps it's even slightly thicker. Silky and shiny is how my hair is left. Not dry at all. I also like Nioxin shampoo and conditioner.

I loooove this. Delivery was so fast. It makes my hair feel so strong but smell is a bit on the strong side.
