Good to have handy
I need to use coconut milk at times but don't have it in the canned version. This allows you to keep it at the ready, and fresh, in its individual packets. The product description said nothing about how much milk each packet would render once prepared, so I bought this flying blind and found out each packet gives you 3/4 cup of liquid coconut milk in the end. (You can add a 1/4 cup more water at the end of mixing to make it an even cup). It mixes better using warm water and also sifting it first. All of this is not explained on the packet, why, I don't know. So I hope I have helped you avoid the pitfalls I fell into the first few uses. I use this when cooking rice, using the coco milk as part of the liquid to cook it in, and I use it when making rice and tapioca puddings, I use it in breads, cakes, and regular main course, meat dishes. You'd be surprised how versatile it is. I even use coconut milk when making a frozen coconut sorbet. For that reason I recommend this item.

Grace Dry Coconut Milk Powder tasted very good. I wanted to make vegan Yogert and I chose to use use the coconut powder and it made great Yogert! This is the first time to make vegan Yogert and couldn't be happier that I chose Grace coconut powder. I will order this product again to made Yogert and might use a little in my coffee.

Handy pantry item
Its nice to keep on hand for fresh coconut milk any time. You can make coconut cream as well. I have mixed it up and had it I'm the fridge for a couple of days and it was just fine. Goes well in coffee if you like coconut milk in your coffee. I got this as an addition to my long term storage pantry and I think it keeps very well. Good flavour and reasonably priced.

Expensive better off buying in-store!
I love this! It makes my food taste way better than the traditional coconuts milk in the can. But one thing I will say I bought this during quarantine and i couldn’t find my traditional coconut milk. I only go to the grocery stores on set days. So I decided to buy this. I paid about 13$ for this online. When I finally got to the store I priced it there and they only want regular prices 6$. And it’s the same brand and size. So obviously I got played smh. But overall I like the product just won’t buy it again from this buyer!

Its a great product for Keto recipes.
I used this product to make various Keto deserts. I do chill it overnight so I can skim the cream off the top of the coconut milk. It's a nice product.

Ideal for travel or camping
Coconut is indispensable for Thai dishes. A packaged product will never be as good as fresh coconut, but it is certainly convenient. I generally use coconut milk powder only for away trips, and where I have to pack light. My fellow campers, hunters, and fishermen are always curious when I bust out the curry powder, coconut powder, and some fish sauce. Curiosity soon turns to astonishment for making a savory meal that certainly beats having KD.

Great Product
I have been using this for years and find it sooo conveient. I'm a household of one so if I open a can of coconut milk at least half of it will go to waste. With product I make only as much as I need for a recipe.
