Bought this as recommended to buy original and not to buy cheap copies. Well packaged and next day delivery. Unwrapped to find as described and happy with quality. Good fit with no leaks. Will buy again with out hesitation. Also very easy to fit.

Original Spare, Reasonable Price
Seems to be an original ResMed elbow joint connector fitting the standard full-face F20 mask. This connector probably fits the other ResMed masks, but I can only vouch for a secure, but flexible fit on the ResMed F20. It comes with the standard ‘butterfly-wing’ valves that prevent recirculating exhalation and pivots with the mask freely to prevent tangles or resistance whilst asleep. Obviously, the joint benefits from regular, but non-aggressive cleaning, to maximise hygiene: warm water, a few suds and very thorough rinsing to avoid any residual aroma. Proper air-drying before reattaching is to be recommended. Obviously, in the UK, your NHS Sleep clinic will generally supply spares, but Amazon purchase often secures a more speedy replacement delivery!

Not as advertised!
I bought these a while back and it wasn't the picture that was advertised. It was the old version of the elbow with no Quiet Flow protector on.
