Great Quality Workout Cards That Keep My Routines Fresh
I’ve been using the NewMe Fitness Workout Cards for over a year now, and I can confidently say they’re some of the best fitness tools I’ve picked up. I own quite a few sets: bodyweight, dumbbell, resistance band, yoga, stretching, and even cable. Whenever they go on sale for around $10, I grab another one. The cards are sturdy and easy to read, so they hold up well even after months of flipping through them. What I love most is how they keep my workouts interesting. I don’t always use them during my actual workout, but I use them a lot when I’m building my weekly plans. They help spark new ideas and combinations, so I’m not stuck doing the same routine over and over. Each deck also includes pre-built workouts for beginners and advanced users, which is great for days when I don’t feel like coming up with my own plan. Even though I use the Hevy app to log and build my workouts, these cards are a perfect complement. There’s just something about physically laying them out and mixing things up that helps me visualize the week ahead. If you like variety, enjoy planning your workouts, or just want a creative way to stay motivated, these are definitely worth adding to your gym setup.

I'm Looking Forward to Start Exercising Again
I've had these cards for four days. I think I'm going to really enjoy using them. I'm 70 years old, in good health. My weight is good, though I'm sure my BMI could stand to be a lot better (I do intermittent fasting, and am moderately low-carb in my eating, but I can't completely control my wife's decisions when it comes to cooking pasta, bread and such). I have never been a heavy or consistent exerciser. I'm hoping that with the help of these cards I can make a new start, and follow through with a regular fitness routine that I will stick with. My goals are 1) to rebuild lost muscle mass, 2) get stronger, and 3) to develop a physique that will make people gasp when I tell them my age(!). I do think numbers 1 and 2 are achievable. As for #3, we'll just have to see! One of my problems with exercising in the past has been boredom over doing the same routine every day. These cards should provide plenty of variety. Now the main obstacle will be simply keeping myself from skipping days, which always leads to skipping weeks and then months. But I do feel that by alternating and mixing up different exercises, I'll have a better chance at overcoming such avoidance. There are 50 exercises in the deck, plus some suggested routines for working different parts of the body. I am ignoring the suggested routines and plan instead to follow my own loose and unstructured routine, basically just shuffling the cards and choosing a half dozen at random to work with each day. Since I'm just now starting, that could change depending on how well (or not) such a routine meets my needs. I plan to start exercising for "real" tomorrow. I have spent the past few days, since the cards arrived, trying out each exercise in turn in order to create a whittled-down deck that will meet my needs and abilities. First, I set aside all the cards that require equipment I don't have, such as a weight bench and step-box (or whatever that thing is called). Then, I set aside all the cards with exercises that I found "impossible;" that is, I couldn't do even a single rep. After my winnowing process, I was left with 28 cards to use. I think this will provide plenty of variety, as I'll probably only be using a different half-dozen or so each day. As my strength and confidence improves, and I acquire a bench, etc., I may try to add back in some of the other cards. But I'm not going to worry about that right now. Let's see if I can be consistent and stay motivated with just those 28 first. My plan right now is to do three sets of 10 to 15 reps of each day's chosen exercises. Note that that is purely aspirational at this point! Although none of the 28 exercises were impossible for me to perform when I was trying them out, many were definitely hard. I expect that I'll have to build up to my target reps/sets over some time. This will give me a good goal to shoot for, though. As to the cards themselves, I can tell that a lot of thought went into their design. The illustrations and the instructions for the exercises are minimalist (a necessity for fitting on the card format), but clear and to the point. I had no trouble understanding any of them. In the past I have tried following exercises from books, YouTube videos and fitness apps, but I think having these cards at hand will be much more usable. They'll be easy to flip through, shuffle up, and lay out close to where I'm exercising, and therefore more readily referenceable. I'm glad I bought these cards, and am optimistic that they'll be just what I needed to kick-start my new commitment to getting fitter.

Great for micro-workouts
I got these to incorporate micro-workouts throughout my day (at home desk job) and they serve that purpose. I randomly pick 3 cards and do 2 sets each. They are sturdy, large print, and easy to use/understand. Varied exercises, easy to tweak (or pick a new card) if it is too hard for me. My 2 major complaints, which are manageable: (1) I thought others were being ridiculous about the slipperiness of the cards, but it is actually kind of annoying to have them spinning about when your trying to lay them out (LOL). (2) For the love of all things holy, why aren't they using different colors for different groupings - back, core, lower body, upper body, total body?!?

Quality card stock, with clear instructions. Easy to build a routine! Beginner and pro friendly!
I bought the NewMe yoga cards. I've been doing yoga for a decade. I love doing in person classes but only go once a week; a regular practice requires more commitment than that. Have tried videos at home several times but I never cared much for that format - my TV sits up high which makes it hard to see from the floor, and the best video instructors are never as personable or enjoyable an in person class. There are currently several different brands of yoga cards available on this shopping portal - I've tried several so far and the NewMe ones are the best I've seen yet. These cards are bigger, pleasant to handle and they're constructed of sturdy plastic; not paper like a deck of cheap playing cards. The Sanskrit and "common" name for each pose is written on the front of each card. On the flip side the poses are broken down, sometimes with modifications for the more difficult ones. The different "flow series" suggestions in the deck are great (a flow series is just a series of poses which make up a routine or session). Finally I've found a system for doing yoga at home which actually works for me. I put on some music, put out my mat and work through one of the suggested sessions in the deck. Later on I'll make my own series. So many options! I do need to come up with a better way to store my cards. As I said before, the cards themselves are great - nice quality plastic stock, but the case they are housed in is flimsy and it takes some time to cram them back into the deck once I'm done. This is just a small suggestion to the manufacturer though and not a serious criticism. Overall a great purchase. Great layout and design, quality card stock and printing and the explanation for each pose is well done. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned pro, you'll find these cards are easy and enjoyable to work with. Namaste!

Excellent for the beginner to the expert! Great product!
I am John’s wife. I bought these cards because my Chiropractor recommended I use a foam roller to help with the fibromyalgia and myofacial pain syndrome that I suffer with. I have facia adhesions and he felt the foam roller would help to break them up. The foam roller cards are excellent! They help me target specific muscles throughout my body. They show pictures as well as give written instructions on every exercise. The cards are well made, large enough to see and have a protective coating front and back. I showed them to my Chiropractor and he was amazed at the quality, low price, the information contained on each card, and the simplicity to aid in executing each exercise. It really helped me, because when you look at a foam roller, for the first time, you ask yourself, what in the heck do I do with that? And how do I make this thing work? The cards tell me exactly what I need to do and how to do it! I would highly recommend these cards for the beginner, the amateur as well as the expert foam roller user! They are just that good! Thank you! I will say the same for the Guided Stretching & Recovery Work Out Home Gym Flash Cards! I have both sets. High quality, low cost, and ease of use, very important! A benefit to all who use them. No need to memorize. Also both sets have several cards where you can makeup your own workout! Nice! Dena A.

Perfect for Building My Yoga Routine — Clear, Durable, and Inspiring!
These Yoga Cards are such a great find! I love how easy they make it to build and follow my own yoga flow. No app, no phone needed. Each card is beautifully printed with both the English and Sanskrit names, along with clear illustrations that even beginners can follow confidently. The plastic material is durable and easy to wipe clean, which makes them perfect for at-home sessions or travel. I especially appreciate the pre-made sequences included because they help me mix things up while still feeling structured. Among similar products I’ve seen, these stand out for their quality, clarity, and versatility. Whether you’re just getting into yoga or looking to deepen your personal practice, this set is a thoughtful, practical addition to your routine. Bold colors and great sizing on the cards so they're easy to read!

AI graphics meh
The cards themselves are a nice quality, heavy duty with clear printing. The graphics seem AI generated. The hands in particular are often lumps and don't reveal the grip position. My biggest gripe is that nearly half of the exercises require the strap to be attached to a heavy object at various heights and I can't visualize what in my house would work. Will return these.
