Bad experience for returning this product.
Assembly problem, screws problem, connecting rods not matching properly, cushion quality bad and not fit properly.I had requested returns 3 times, due to pickup service person was denied.

Excellent product for tummy fat
The media could not be loaded. Dirt and oil marks of earlier usage or unclean hands while packaging. Manufacturing defects - some screws & holes didn't align. One hole threads did not work. Had to hammer the ends a bit and bang on the floor to fit somehow. Now able to use it so not returning.Amazing simple tool to reduce abdominal fat. Easy to use. This item is light enough to use. I love it.

I am satisfied with this product
Thanks to Amazon for speed delivery. The product is really good as they gave me all screws without an instruction manual. It is easy to install and, I used washers to tighten the screws because it loosens quickly.

Waste of money
Not a good product after assembling it, it's a waste of money ca't use it properly because its shape is not comfortable
