Q: Is this a tubing mascara?

See the "product alert" right in the description. "Waterproof mascara that is smudge-resistant yet washable so it removes easily with soap and water." This is NOT a tubing mascara which would *only* require warm water for removal. Tubing mascara deposits "tubes" of color *AROUND* each lash rather then pigments being deposited *ON* your lashes. When removed the tubes fall off. (All mascaras are housed in tubes unless it's a cake mascara.)

Q: How does this compare to Blinc mascara? I have a real problem with mascara smearing...

I haven't tried Blind but I was spending a fortune on Kevin Aaconn tubing mascara and this one is better! No raccoon eyes with either one, and Covergirl is $20+ cheaper!

Q: Is this waterproof or not? I see lots of different reviews both ways, please help.
