I had been using the KeySmart for a long time or a key pouch, but I wanted something smaller with the ability to protect my items from being completely scratched by keys. Once the Keyshawn thing started to crack and break off into pieces I found this. The Orbitkey is stylish and easy to use. I even got the tool to open beer bottles and it works better than the one with KeySmart.The leather is also very nice and the lavender is pretty.The keys spin out easily and slide back into place. It also was really easy to add all the keys and assemble them. The metal part is a bit wide so it's a little hard to slide a key ring to it at first, but works great. I keep the key ring attached with my building security button.I haven't noticed any glaze cracking issues as with the other reviews, but I do throw it into a purse on top of a padded sunglasses case. I also haven't noticed any issues with the screw being loose--I did add keys and realized I was missing 2 so I did take it apart and put it together with no problems.

High quality, seems durable so far.

Pros:1. The mechanism works really well, and you can adjust the tension2. It does keep your key in position and easily to be pulled out when neededCons:1. The black finish is very easy to be scratched off, and I tried to be very careful but scratched it even after using paper towel to isolate the coin I used.2. The ring on another end is a joke since it is too small and basically anything can go through it. You have to purchase another ring for it, which is completely unnecessary for a minimalist style design.
