This book is a must have for anyone who is passionate about baking, Pastry/desserts & loves to experiment with new flavours in the kitchen! The desserts are so well explained with beautiful pictures & helpful reference notes too. There is so much to learn. From tarts to cakes to cookies and so much more! The flavour profile of each one is so stunning, excited at max to bake each one of it!

Amazing book
The media could not be loaded. The book is worth buying if you love to bake. Each recipe has proper steps provided and a picture of the final dish. The picture looks so tempting that you want to try it yourself and see the final result.Talking about ingredients which you don't find in regular supermarket, you can always order it from amazon. There might be a very few of such ingredients.

Baking can be tricky but its relaxing in so many ways.
Its perfect. Everything I wanted is there in this book. Uniqueness, you got it. Creativity, you got it. Its just amazing to be holding this book in your hands and to know the different concepts of baking. Can't wait to dig in and bake.

This book saved me
My wife was mad at me and I was about to get a beating. This book arrived and she forgot everything and couldn't stop jumping. We are a happy couple now(till the book is finished). Thank you Chef Vinesh & Chef Andres. Please keep writing.

Great book but not for beginners
Book with great deserts . But the problem is it is not for beginners and many ingredients in it are hard to find in local stores .. every time I try to make something from it there is always 1-2 ingredients I don’t have . If u are not living in metro cities u will face hard time to get some of the ingredients required . I ordered many ingredients from Amazon but I still don’t have all of them . I urge to writers that pls write ur next book dedicated to begginers and small town with easy finding ingredients.

I have made several things from this book so far and all I can say is... WOW. I only wish there were more recipes, that's my only complaint. As a self taught baking nerd- it is now a dream of mine to meet or learn from one of these highly talented Pastry Chefs.This book is probably not for beginners... they don't write step by step how to make a Genoise sponge for example. There are a few "tricks" to not deflate the sponge that a beginner might not know

Great book but not for beginners.
I really like the Chefs . I'm especially a fan of Andreas Lara and have been following his career for around 20 years.You ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE A SCALE!But if you know either of these chefs then you should have one anyways.Weigh everything, including batters that are split between cake pans, etc.Otherwise, recipes can be ingredient intensive.But all ingredients you should be able to find here.

Amazing book with next level recipes !
The media could not be loaded. The book looks wonderful with amazing next level recipes and beautiful pictures ! Had it pre-ordered and received it on the day of release. The best part is the recipes have both cups and scale measurements . Can't wait to try these delicious recipes ,so much to learn !! Huge thanks to both the amazing chefs out there !!

A must have!
This is a book you'll want to have in your library of cookbooks whether you are a professional or home cook. This has so many fresh twists to some solid staples. Give a face lift to what you already create or enhance your knowledge with something new. Great book all around.

Delicious but hard to get ingredients
this book is great. I have made several of the recipes and they have turned out great. However, some of the ingredients are hard to get from the local stores. I had to order them online. Also, it would have been helpful to have some references for those ingredients in an appendix and maybe substitutions that can work well for the average hobby baker like me.
