What is the interior material?

Same as the exterior, i.e. there is no lining.

What are the internal dimensions?

I didn’t take out a ruler or anything, but I would say it’s almost the same as dimensions above. The sidewall of this is very thin, so the dimensions are almost the same on the outside as the inside.

How does it open? Just arrived set all 0s and im pushing the button over but its not unlocking

I just received one today & sent it right back back because it wouldn't open. The button wouldn't budge at all to the right which is the direction it needs to go to get it unlatched. I have 2 other Vaultz lock boxes of different sizes that I've never had any issues with at all.
