DO NOT ORDER THIS UNLESS YOU WANT SOME WOMAN SINGING ABOUT PLACING HER HEAD ON HER PILLOW AND WAITING FOR, "YOU," TO CALL. I am angry. This DVD that cost me $20.00 is crap. I purchased it to use with substance addicted people in treatment. Hoping to teach them about and allow them to experience meditation. The description says nothing of a female singing or I would never have ordered it. Also, the, "amazing sceneries," they refer to are still life awful photos off of someone's camera that include electrical wiring on someone's house, etc. I am going to attempt to return it. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU PURCHASE THIS, UNLESS YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH THE FEMALE WHO IS SINGING HER SAD ROMANTIC LOVE SONGS! I'M ANGRY!

This was very relaxing and I loved the scenes. Great if you need imagery to relax you and relieve stress.

I do not normally write product reviews but I really recommend this product. I watched the entire video in one sitting and did not even notice where the time went - it was so relaxing! I really liked the combination of the images with the music. They went really well together and complemented each other. Made me feel as I was taking a vacation to those places. You can watch it as a video or just put it up for the music alone - either way is great. I'll definitely use it more at times when I need to de-stress and relax.
