I have tried a lot of Vitamin E brands. Some just do not smell right or have a bad taste or 'burp'. These have been good taken on a daily basis for several years. Always make the joints feel better, this is a vitamin I know when I miss. A consistently good product bottle after bottle. Not bad on the pricing either. Not the cheapest, but I don't want the cheapest, I want what I can tell is doing the job.

I initially bought this as a cheaper alternative to my usual brand. Normally it's only when I stop taking a supplement can I tell if it's having a positive effect on me. And since I haven't stopped taking Vitamin E I can't say for true. But I can say this. It seems to be just as effective as my previous brand. So I've switched over to this. Packaging is good. The capsules as far as I can tell are the same quality. So win win.
