Q: i wear size 18 plus size clothing i am abour 2755/280 lb what size do u recommend?

I am 250lb and I normally wear 2x or 3x. I ordered the biggest one (5×) and let me tell you, it was no where near that size. It runs extremely small. I could not even get it on. I believe these sizes are intended for small , med and large....I recommend going to a real store and trying what works for you. I think they are made in China and sizes run so small.

Runs small 5x, fits more like a 2x

Q: Do this work for hamstrings as well?
