I love the product. Amazon needs to do a better job packaging glass jars. Just a cardboard box with a bit of crumpled paper is not sufficient to prevent glass jars from damage.

Didn't get any broken bottles, and for some reason I got a packet/container of dried seaweed? I bought some ramen recently, so a bit of a weird surprise. The spread itself tastes pretty good.

I love these jams and usually they arrive in fine shape and ready to use. This time they were totally covered with jam but after taking them out only one jam jar was smashed. Not sure I’ll order again because of this messy order.

On jar was broken due to poor packaging. Interesting that box showed no signs of damage so maybe one jar of the jam was broken before put into box? Siegfried
