Be careful when sautéing. Thin metal bottom means item stock easily
This is a great size pot and I chose it for its reasonable price; but the bottom is no thicker metal than the sides and food sticks easily if you don’t watch the initial sauté carefully.

Not long lasting
The pot is fine, however, because it doesn't have an extra layer on the bottom it tends to burn. (This was advise I saw on YouTube from a famous chef before I used the pot.) When I used my pot for stew, simmering for 2 hours, the bottom was moderately burnt.
