Easy set up with EXCELLENT instructions. I especially LOVE that there is no monthly charge--just a simple link to 911 dispatch. Brilliant!

The idea of a device that can add a piece of mind without the monthly charges is a wonderful thing & what convinced me to purchase it. Unfortunately, the battery life is awful. When I originally received this product, the included battery was dead. I replaced it with a new battery but after installing it, I'm met with the message "replace battery soon."This device is pretty much on standby & really never used. Makes no sense that the battery should be drained so quickly.I would not purchase this device again.

So far so good! Bigger and bulkier than I would have liked since I wear it around my neck but it is a great alternative to a monthly subscription to a service.

Seems to work well, easy set up.

Great product to insure peace of mind for an ailing elderly person and for my children.
